The Innerwork series begins with the basics of relaxation and takes you through learning to meditate for the purpose of finding inner guidance. Each part has an explanation of the work as well as two exercises that allow you to experience the process.

Part Four focuses on using the skills you have learned in the first three parts to receive guidance and how to interpret the information you receive. The inner world and our guides communicate through a symbolic language. The first mp3 discusses various symbol systems and how they can be interpreted and used. It encourages you to become aware of your own symbol system so you can better interpret your meditations and dreams as well as your everyday life. The two guided visualizations give examples of how you might use the symbol system for guidance. The second mp3 is a guided journey to the four directions within your inner sacred space. The third is a journey with a bear deep inside yourself.
