The Soul Retrieval series begins with an explanation of the ancient process of retrieving lost soul parts as a way of healing on many levels. Part Three: The third part provides a method of healing parts from the past through the process of re-imagination. Through the meditation or journey process we can access the places where your energy is caught and through changing the story, release that energy into now. The first visualization helps you to work with a past event to change it and the second integrates that newly released energy into your present life.
